De titel slaat op feit dat onze motorzaak vroeger een cafe is geweest, en nog steeds is de Volledige Vergunning<\/strong> (zie foto hieronder) daarvoor aanwezig voor een ieder die daar gebruik van wil maken.<\/p>\n

Nu leek het ons leuk om dan ook maar een Caf\u00e9Racer<\/strong> te bouwen, met als basis een Moto Guzzi V75.
\nWe begonnen met het motorblok volkomen gezond te maken met diverse nieuwe delen, waarbij speciaal de cilinderkoppen extra aandacht kregen, voor een lange levensduur.<\/p>\n

We probeerden zoveel mogelijk de cafestijl te accentueren, wetende dat functionaliteit niet vergeten mag worden.<\/p>\n

Er kan dan ook met veel plezier lange stukken op gereden worden.
