Moto Guzzi bigblock motoren hadden eerst een systeem waarbij het oliefilter in de carterpan verscholen was. Daardoor moest je bij vervanging van dat filter, de 18 boutjes losmaken alvorens je bij het filter kon komen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om dat te verbeteren, werd er een systeem bedacht, waarbij je dat in zijn geheel aan de oude bestaande carter kon schroeven, waarbij dan ook nog een temperatuur regeling werd toegevoegd, in combinatie met een oliekoeler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op zich werkt het systeem naar behoren, met snelle toegang tot het oliefilter.Maar de bovenste pakking die tegen het oude type carter aanligt, bezwijkt op een kritiek punt (rechts aan de voorkant) waardoor de oliedruk wegvalt.Als je de motor op toeren houd is er weinig aan de hand, maar bij stationair draaien zal het oliedruk-lampje gaan branden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het is aan te raden om dit zo snel mogelijk te verhelpen, om motorschade te voorkomen. Oplossing is een betere kwaliteit pakking te gebruiken, in samenspraak met een zwarte pasta voor motoren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\"
